I KNOW SOME INVESTORS ARE NOW CUTTING TO THE CHASE BY PUTTING THEIR INTENTIONS TO RESELL FOR A PROFIT ON THE 1ST PAGE IN BOLD RATHER THAN WASTE 3 MONTHS AND THEN GET THE LENDERS PROHIBITIVE CLAUSE.
THESE BANKS TAKE THE BAILOUT $, DONT LEND THIS $, HOARD THE $, RARELY HELP THE HOMEOWNER, WASTE TAXPAYER $ , AND CLOG THE MARKET BY INCURING FURTHER COSTS TAKING IT TO FORECLOSURE.

Unretirement and Wholesaling
For the last year I have been enjoying a relaxing lifestyle of waking up late, playing with my daughter all morning, working out during her afternoon nap, and basically only working a few hours a week for RealEstateInvestor.com and in my own real estate buy & hold business. This lifestyle is nice, but my overall lack of productivity started bothering me about a month into it. There’s just something so unfulfilling about not contributing in a productive manner. I’ve never liked having a “job”, but I do like the feeling of accomplishing meaningful tasks and completing important projects. So, a month ago I went back to work doing corporate security at the headquarters of a large oil company. $30k+ a year to do about an hour of actual work a day isn’t bad. But, my real reason for going back was so that I would be away from the everyday distractions of being at home, and be able to focus on other avenues of real estate investing besides just buying & holding.
