Hi Everyone.. I wanted to share a “tactic” I am aware of when it comes to generating leads in this business… with little money invested. If you work in this business then you know that your a marketing specialist first and real estate investor second. That’s because you could know every strategy in the book, and have 10 different ways to structure a deal. You could be an absolute “pro” at buying and selling houses.. but if you don’t understand and possess the ability to market your self and your business.. you won’t have any leads to work with. Lead generation is the “lifeblood”.. it’s what keeps you structuring deals and having more to work with in the “pipeline”. So in my humble opinion.. I believe you need to be a “Marketing Specialist” first, and a “Real Estate Investor” second. So “Marketing” that’s what I need to do you say to yourself..I’ve got to have leads to work with. But where do I find these leads?…
